- Run online multiplayer in our games, including lobbies, friends, and peer-to-peer sessions via Epic Online Services.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.
4. Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. The only disclosures are:
- Service providers — our website hosting provider and Resend (which delivers contact-form messages to us).
- Epic Games, Inc. — for online play in Chamber Draw (identity, lobbies, P2P, friends), per their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
- Other players in a match — display name, seat color, and game actions.
- Authorities / legal — only where required by law and only to the extent permitted.
5. Cookies & local data
- The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
- Local storage may hold site preferences on your device.
- Chamber Draw stores settings and optional Epic sign-in credentials locally on your device (
User://), never on our servers.
6. Children
You must be 13 or older, or meet the minimum age required by Epic Games in your region, to play our games online. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children beyond what the Epic Games account system requires. If you believe a child has shared personal data with us, contact us and we will work with Epic to remove it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (GDPR / CCPA / etc.) you may have rights including:
- Access / Portability — ask what we hold.
- Correction — fix inaccurate data.
- Deletion — ask us to remove data we hold.

- Most game data lives in your Epic account and is managed through your Epic Games account.
