Chamber Draw

These Terms of Service govern your use of Chamber Draw (the "game", "Epic app name: Chamber Draw"), developed and published by Dev Nambiar ("we", "us"). By installing or playing the game, you agree to these terms.

1. License

Dev Nambiar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play Chamber Draw for your own entertainment. The game is offered free of charge; there are no in-game purchases.

2. Online services (Epic Online Services)

Online multiplayer uses Epic Online Services provided by Epic Games, Inc. Playing online requires a free Epic Games account and is subject to Epic's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to these terms. See the Epic Games account & online page for what's shared.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players' matches.
• Do not use the game to harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• Do not resell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the game or its assets.
• Do not use the game for unlawful purposes.

4. Intellectual property

Chamber Draw, its name, logo, artwork, audio, and code are owned by Dev Nambiar and are protected by applicable law. Chamber Draw is a trademark of Dev Nambiar. This license does not transfer any ownership.

5. No warranty & limitation of liability

The game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev Nambiar is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the game or its online services. Online services depend on third parties (including Epic Games) and may be interrupted.

6. Changes

We may update these terms as the game evolves. Material changes will be reflected with a new "Last updated" date and, if significant, a notice in-game.
